Coaching with me provides a space to explore the self (one’s driving values, aspirations, operating beliefs and motivating assumptions.) Together we explore and disrupt obstructive patterns of thought to clear the way for more effective leadership.
I hold a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) from CTI and an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. I am also Certified to administer The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment.
