As an Executive & Leadership Coach, I partner with leaders stepping into expanded roles—through promotion, growth, or organizational change. We navigate three core transitions:
Role transition: re-envisioning how you contribute and exercise influence.
Identity transition: shaping who you are becoming as a leader.
System transition: redefining how the organization works through you, and how you work through the organization.

As a Team Coach, I work with teams to build alignment and trust, and to help them develop the skills they need to effectively navigate change, challenge and opportunity — leading to stronger relationships, clearer more impactful decisions, and better performance.
Credentials
I hold a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) from CTI and an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. I am trained in Organizational and Relationship System Coaching am also certified to administer The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment.
