My approach to developing leaders is grounded in the belief that they are driven by the desire to have a meaningful impact with the work they do, and in the organizations and communities that they work with.
Effective leadership, at its core, requires an ability to cultivate relationships that generate trust & commitment, collaboration, alignment, and innovation.
Self-knowledge and emotional intelligence allows leaders to cope effectively with the stresses that get in the way of building these relationships.
My clients are able to lead more effectively from a place of authenticity, empathy and strong internal authority.
Impact in Organizations
At CTI, I and the team I led succeeded in doing what the company had long struggled to do: we grew the Enterprise Services Business in significant and meaningful ways, and we had a blast doing so.
My leadership of this team helped CTI reach thousands of leaders and teams inside corporations, demonstrating that this application of Co-Active training was not only possible but absolutely critical for CTI to achieve its mission and greatest impact.
At ExecOnline, I am part of the core coaching team which has grown this product line more than tenfold since its launch in 2017.

I help my clients see possibilities that they may have difficulty seeing for themselves. I support them in identifying and making the choices that are most in alignment with their goals and desires for their work and their life.
